These are a few items you may need to have for your loan application:

  • Last 2 years’ W2s or Federal Tax Returns
  • Most Recent 2 Paystubs
  • Bank Statements or Asset Statements
  • Sales Contract or Purchase Agreement
  • Homeowner’s Insurance Information

Checklists are highly specific to each client and may vary but these are some of the basics.

Your loan officer will be able to provide you with a specific checklist depending upon your specific loan type and transaction. At the very least – be prepared to have these items on hand for your first conversation.
