These are a few items you may need to have for your loan application:
- Last 2 years’ W2s or Federal Tax Returns
- Most Recent 2 Paystubs
- Bank Statements or Asset Statements
- Sales Contract or Purchase Agreement
- Homeowner’s Insurance Information

Your loan officer will be able to provide you with a specific checklist depending upon your specific loan type and transaction. At the very least – be prepared to have these items on hand for your first conversation.
